Terms of Sale

Effective date: October 23, 2026

These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase on theaigoat.shop (the “Service”). The seller is The Reach Corp, an International Business Company registered in the Republic of Seychelles under number 244834, with registered office at Suite 3, Global Village, Jivan’s Complex, Mont Fleuri, Mahé, Seychelles (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.

What we sell

Digital guides by AI GOAT: PDF files and, for some products, other digital files, such as a library of skill files. Each product page describes what the product contains, including topics, number of pages, language and format. We do not ship physical goods.

Guides come in Russian and in English. You receive the language version you buy.

Prices and payment

Prices on product pages are in US dollars (USD). The final amount, including any taxes that apply in your country, is shown on the checkout page before you confirm the order.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. You can pay by card or with the other methods offered on the checkout page.

Stripe sends a payment receipt to the email address you enter at checkout.

Delivery

Right after payment, we send a download link to the email address you entered at checkout. It usually arrives within a few minutes. The confirmation page after payment also has a download button.

The link works for 30 days. If it expires or the email gets lost, request a new one at https://theaigoat.shop/access using the same email address. If nothing arrives within 24 hours, write to hello@wearethereach.com and we will send the files manually.

Please enter your email address carefully: we send files only to the address used at checkout.

Immediate access and the right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once delivery starts, provided you have agreed to that.

At checkout, you ask us to give you access immediately and confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download link is sent. We confirm this in the email with your download link.

This does not affect your rights if a file is faulty or does not match its description. See “Refunds” below.

Refunds

We will fix the problem or give you a full refund if:

  • the file does not open or is damaged, and we cannot send you a working copy within 7 days;
  • the product materially differs from its description on the product page;
  • you were charged twice for the same product by mistake.

To request a refund, write to hello@wearethereach.com within 14 days of purchase. Include the email address used at checkout and a short description of the problem. Refunds go back to the original payment method; banks usually take 5–10 business days to process them.

Apart from the cases above, purchases are not refundable, because you get the full content immediately after payment.

License

When you buy a guide, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it. You may:

  • read and use the guide on any of your devices;
  • apply the methods, prompts and templates from the guide in your own work and in work for your clients.

You may not:

  • resell, share, publish or give away the files or download links, in whole or in part;
  • use the content to create competing guides, courses or other products;
  • remove copyright notices from the files.

All rights to the guides belong to The Reach Corp. If you need a license for your team, write to us.

Disclaimer

The guides are educational materials. They describe methods that work in our practice, but results depend on your product, market and effort. We do not guarantee specific results, such as search rankings, citations by AI systems or sales.

The guides mention third-party services, such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. We are not affiliated with them, and their features, prices and terms may change after publication.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Age

Purchases are for people aged 18 or over.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version published when you placed your order applies to that order.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, please write to us first, and we will try to solve it quickly.
